Education in an amusing way

Very inspiring lecture was held in the Second Grammar School, on October 2, 2013. In the multimedia cabinet, Kasim Tatic, Ph.D. presented to the students of third and fourth grades, a theme that is essentially very important for the future of young people: The power of belief. Starting from the definition of the term belief, professor Tatic emphasized to the audience that a man can convince himself that all his ideas are achievable.

Through the examples of many successful people from various life and science fields, Professor Tatic vividly explained their creative imagination and encouraged the present students to that kind of thinking. Like a mercury encyclopedia, during a two-hour lecture, he talked about the success of the common men, whose achieved goals made them  exceptional. What the students could realize is that for achieving any kind of a goal there is a special recipe, which includes desire, will and action..

It is true that sometimes spiny and difficult path is not easy to pass, but with a little more bright colors on a dark page of the book of life, as we always look at it, and with the recipe of success, a simple man is able to reach distant stars. It is indeed true that there are no unconquerable fortresses but only bad conquerors. At the end of the lecture, which was followed by a dramatic applause, students were left with the thought: Through the thorns to the stars!

Professor Tatic was a guest in our school thanks to the cooperation of Amaximus Association and Association PLUS. Kasim Tatic is a professor at the Economics Faculty in Sarajevo, Head of Department of Microeconomics and too famous for his incredible speech skills and interesting lectures, that the former students of the Second Grammar School, today successful students of the mentioned Faculty.
